Blue Catapult Congratulates our winning Candidates:

Senator Mark Begich
Anchorage Mayor Begich defeated long term Senator Stevens in a clean victory to lead Alaska on a new and honorable path.

Senator Jeanne Shaheen
Jeanne defeated the conservative Senator John Sununu to lead New Hampshire in a new and independent direction.

Congressman Frank Kratovil
Frank defeated incumbent Andy Harris for Maryland's 1st District. Frank has pledged to protect the Bay and will bring a independent voice to Congress.

Congressman Jerry McNerney
Jerry holds his seat for the benefit of his California voters. They will be served well by his pro-environmental stance.

Have a Beer with Bob Lord and Blue Catapult
Bob Lord is running against the anti-choice, anti-stem cell research idealogue John Shadegg in Arizona's 3rd Congressional District. He needs our help to try and make Arizona (McCain's home state) a blue notch in the House.

Blue Catapult Supports Jerry McNerney
California's 11th Congressional District is in the good hands of Jerry McNerney. As one of the top targets for the NRCC, Jerry needs to hold his seat so that he can continue his work in the development of alternative energy.

Jeanne Shaheen Adopted by Blue Catapult
Looking like revenge will be sweet for Jeanne Shaheen and the New Hampshire Democrats, Blue Catapult has made her our first adopted candidate for the 2008 election cycle. Polls show her avenging her very narrow 2002 loss to John Sununu, with a Granite State poll having her lead Sununu 54%-37%. The former popular Governor is both effective and intelligent and will be critical in moving the state of New Hampshire into the Blue column in November.
